Ending of Safe House
Weston kills the safe keeper and is injured himself. Weston gives Tobin the keys to unlock his handcuffs and asks him about the file's contents. Tobin reveals to Weston the file's contents and leaves though Weston begs him to stay so that he can take him in.
Eventually, another CIA officer appears. He reveals to Weston that he is a traitor and that he wants Tobin's file to protect himself from discovery. Tobin reappears and kills the rebel fighters guarding the safe house. Weston kills the rogue CIA officer after the officer shoots Tobin, killing him.
Back in the USA, Weston ends up in the office of the CIA head. Weston presents him with a report about what happened, but makes no mention of Tobin's file. The CIA officer warns Weston that if the file is leaked, the leaker will pay because he will have many enemies. Weston denies that he knows anything about a file. He tells the head that "he has it from here" and leaves.
Weston leaks the file to major news agencies. Chaos ensues as there are investigations.
Final Scene
The final scene has Weston in Paris looking over his ex-girlfriend.
