Skyrim Wins Over All Exclusive Game

After successfully sold over 10 million copies worldwide and gained recognition as the fastest selling game on Steam, Skyrim also gained other achievements. This action RPG game managed to record sales three times more than all the games released exclusively for a specific console platform. This means, Skyrim appear more attractive than Gears of Wars 3 (XBOX 360) and Uncharted 3 (PS3) in terms of sales. The only game that manages to win is Activision phenomenal FPS game - Modern Warfare 3.

This remarkable achievement did not stop there. Newly released Creation Kit by Bethesda, which provide opportunities for modders to create their own version of the world Skyrim was selling well. Within three days of its release, recorded 2500 modifications have been created by the modders around the world. Even more surprising, in such a short time, less than 2 million gamers have downloaded this Skyrim mod. Some only come with changes in skin, but not least that offer features that not provided by Bethesda.

An achievement that is not too surprising if we see how Skyrim managed to amaze the gaming industry in year of 2011. This is the truth that must be accepted by all games, exclusive or not, as long as it is present in the same year with the release of Elder Scrolls new series.
